The Poem a Day Project was an attempt to write an original poem every day. The idea was inspired by other daily blogs such as Emma Fowler's blog 'Creative Thinkers', and the poetry of Frank O'Hara. I had never written anything autobiographical or anecdotal, so the project forced me to try something different.
The project ended when I returned to university for the third year of my degree; I wrote 40 poems, which are available here on my blog.
